The launch event of the Afro-Caribbean Tyler Prize is coming up very soon and Hope Oloye is still up for getting some more people involved - its an access programme that specifically targets year 12 pupils assisting them on their essay writing skills through workshops and 1-1 mentoring.
The launch and prize giving ceremony will consist of a full day of activities and celebrations - shes still looking for anyone down to help on the day or mentor. You must be a current Afro-Caribbean student to join the programme as a mentor, otherwise anyone can message Hope at hope.oloye@pmb.ox.ac.uk to assist/ get involved.
